Keith is a Professional Corporate Co-Active Coach and keynote speaker specializing in the areas of leadership development, conflict resolution, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. For over a decade Keith has been working with large and mid-sized corporations in assisting with internal leadership development and cultural change. He has worked in industries including agriculture, advertising, insurance, fitness, and entertainment. Known for his ability to quickly establish trusting relationships along with his curiosity, powerful listening skills, systematic approach, and creative mindset, Keith ensures that clients are supported in their desire to grow in creative leadership, ultimately achieving what they aspire to achieve. Keith is a Professional Certified Co-Active Coach along with holding his Bachelor of Education degree. He is also a Certified Leadership Circle Coach, ORSC Coach (Organization and Relationship Systems Coach), and a Certified ACE Accelerator Coach through WBECS. His best-selling book, “Making Sense of Mindfulness” has been named a best pick in Elevated Existence Magazine. Inspired as a student and teacher of ancient Hawaiian healing and spiritual practices, Keith is also a certified yoga instructor. He was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, toured internationally as a professional musician and in 2006, became a top finalist on the hit television series Canadian Idol.
