He brings empathy, curiosity and balance to his coaching work, helping executives to fully realize their potential across all aspects of their life, and to create meaningful impact in their business. In addition to coaching, Michael is also an engaging and inspirational speaker who loves to share his keynote message, “Everyone Has a Voice.” Michael’s corporate career largely intersected with his passion for sports, with increasingly broader leadership roles in Sales, Marketing and General Management with NHL Enterprises, Reebok and adidas. An active mentor and speaker, Michael has supported numerous industry and educational conferences and development programs. Michael is a graduate of the Ivey Business School. Passionate about giving back, Michael is also a Board Member of the Terry Fox Foundation, a cause he is personally connected to. In 2020, Michael helped to spearhead a record-setting fundraising partnership between adidas and TFF that raised over $1.6M for cancer research, and in 2021 he served as an Executive Producer of “Terry Fox: The Power of One”, a national broadcast benefit in support of TFF that aired on CBC.
