Chris’ passion for performing and for facilitating growth in others, combined with an incessant curiosity about human behavior and motivation shapes her work with leaders, professionals and entrepreneurs.

A communications, media and performance coach, Chris works with business and other professionals to give outstanding performances, whether on camera or in the conference room. With experience as a leadership training facilitator, an acting teacher, and a marketing consultant for more than two decades, Chris coaches clients to bring their best selves and best content to presentations, interviews, workshops and video productions.
Chris’ style is collaborative, engaging, and supportive. She creates an environment of trust and support to guide clients to craft and discover their own unique and effective style and message, always keeping in mind the target audience’s culture and environment.
A working actor, Chris has TV, film, and theater credits. She teaches all levels of acting at bi-coastal studio, Anthony Meindl’s Actor Workshop (AMAW), in NYC and has done improv, stand-up comedy, and other live performances. In addition, Chris has written and produced both theatre and film, with projects currently in development.
Chris has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a Masters in Education (M.Ed.) from Trinity College Dublin and is a trained coach through The Coaches’ Training Institute (CTI). She studied acting at the prestigious William Esper Studio in NYC.
